I got a similar one, i.e. I edited the mode and clicked "OK" (not
Cancel) and got different addresses in AVs:

After confirming #3 I got a cascade of #2 and #3 until I used task
manager to kill TB!.

I too can't reproduce these AVs, but nevertheless think they're
serious and shouldn't appear to a "normal user", if this can be
avoided in any way.
