Well, in that case, I simply hit the icon on the Toolbar that is available to me when I open the Sorting Office. Again, of what value is it then to put the icon on my Main Toolbar if it is ineffective? I have yet to have ONE icon on my Mail Toolbar that I have put there by right clicking the toolbar and choosing 'Customize', work at all.
