No, because:

No, the folders are not stored on the disk like when running in plain mode.
In plain mode folders are stored like seen in folder list inside TB, which
also means that also subfolders (of subfolders) of folders can exist. Like
you see it inside TB. In OTFE there are no subfolders in your mail
directory, no matter how your folder list looks inside TB and folders look
like this: 487E1E79.0FD, which also means that I have no idea what physical
folder on my hard disk matches the folder I see in the folder list inside
TB.
