right, I tried that previously too, and it worked... forgot about that.
If it does this, it could be made to purge as well. All it would need
to do is do a batch operation of examining the headers in the message
list, find all messages matching the purge criteria, then mark the
messages for deletion, followed by an expunge procedure.
yes, I suppose it could or some type of filtering along this line. This
would certainly separate functionality or features between clients <g>
