Hello, To reproduce this bug you need to have a lot of accounts (50 is pretty well :-)). Press F11 to to check all accounts. List of items is greater than visible area, so go to down of the list. Please move by scrollbars to down. Then please wait - after some time you will realize, that only one task at the top is visible, the rest is "above" visible area, but there is no scrollbar in the window! Please than select the one visible task and go by cursor to the top - you will observe that scrollbar will appear. So, there are 2 bugs: disappearing scrollbar and the second: when there is a lot of items it shouldn't be visible only one at the top, but count of items visible in CC view.
At least in 3.5.24 I can confirm that when there is a lot of items there are visible only one at the top, not count of items visible in CC view.... - please see attachement.
