Hello Allie.

Thing is Allie, I'm not asking for new features or enhancements. These just
add dozens of new bugs. All I'd like is for existing features to be fixed
and working before adding new ones.

Take the MSI installer issue. What happened to the old installer? It worked
perfect! I don't remember there ever being installation problems with it.
What happened to the old adage "If it ain't broke don't fix it"? That seems
to have been translated by RIT into "If it ain't broke dump it in favour of
something that is then spend months sodding about with it at the expense of
everything else"

We had a *perfectly good* installer and it's been removed in favour of
something that is far from working at all let alone being anywhere near
good!

Par for the course though isn't it?
