I suggest to Ritlabs to implement HTML templates. Customization of interface is just scratching a surface, the real improvements effects the main majority of the users. 10% or so will customize the surface, only the hardcore TB! users... Like users on this list. But we have to keep in mind, we are not the majority. Competition (PocoMail etc.) are watching and is very strong, TB! can be on top if it always include something really new, really user friendly stuff. Like macros were...
And RELIABILITY. Building new stuff is good. But reliability should be ALWAYS in focus...
