What is really upsetting me is I have one issue in over 4 years use and I don't even get a simple "OK, we'll look into it". 9val asked for my logs and even he denied publicly that he never received them... Truth is, I'm quite happy to carry on with Mulberry for the time being and wait for them to get around to fixing it. Problem is, no one will let me and no one is sympathetic to my problem.
