Hallo Volker,

The message below did not get sent. The To address looked like this:

Ahrendt, Volker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> (����)

However, due to the comma in the name and the missing quote marks (see
RFC2822), the part before the comma was interpreted as an address and
that was invalid. So the message didn't get sent.

So, the problem is not the umlauts but the comma.

One when I hit Reply All, and that is number [2]. However, it looks
fine in the To line itself, with the special characters added at the
end. See above.
