I have just added a further note to https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=4290. which I also supported back in March, when you wrote it, Stuart. But, I think, in order to get full attention, maybe we need a complete new note citing v. 3.5.25, and describing all the scroll-bar lacks in a numbered list.
