Yes, that section of the credit list is for the all time greatest whingers. The people who reports unimportant trivial things like email clients not functioning as email clients, replying to messages that quote from completely the wrong email and send it to the totally wrong address. Miniscule things like waiting 20 minutes for messages to load only to realise they ain't gonna load because TB has given up trying... Trivial unimportant stuff like that :)
Still at least they've added a sound ready for when they introduce IMAP so that's a start :)
