Good experience.  I use it to BU many files, then send the Private Disk
file to an online archive.  I think it is actually written by Dekart.

Dekart support is excellent.  They also have a more current version
available. With some update features.  There site gives many usage
examples.

It works especially well with a USB drive.

The RITLABS version is supposed to eventually be updated to the current
Dekart version.  When??
