AFAIK, this is possible only while using the internal PGP
implementation. However, it's based on PGPv2.x which is very limited in
support of current PGP standards.

If you're using GnuPG or an otherwise installed version of PGP, i.e.,
v5,6,7,8,9 , then you'll not be able to define keys to encrypt or sign
with via your templates.
