The only reason I can think of for the program not working is that you
have not ticked every 'box' that requires a tick! As far as I remember
all  the  boxes  in  the Bayes filter configuration pane are ticked by
default,  what  about  the  boxes in the Options\Preferences\anti-spam
pane which asks about where and how to treat the 'Junk'?
