Hi Mike,

Thursday, June 16, 2005
you let us know -at least in parts- :

In the past, those good old days when taxes where low and risks where
high, there used to be a except.log somewhere on a HDD exclusively
created by TB in case of something was wrong and someone wanted to know
what the hell it was this time that made TB unusable -what does yours say?
There are many of them in different folders if you have had installed
every beta courageously (at least here, Ferrara's home)

BTW: in early deep alpha phase I always and ever had cascading AVs which
would not even let me start TB. One alpha after the other was developed
and no trace of a better bat for a real long time came in sight. After
doing some hard work on my system and ruthlessly deleting all stuff that
had a faint smell of RIT (using the jv16 power tools I mentioned in
another posting) I finally had luck. AVs since that time were no longer
my daily companion, no idea what the culprit was. AVs still occur from
time to time but they don't keep me from using TB. I understand your
disappointment but as I never got exactly your AVs I cannot contribute
to your bugtraq entry by leaving a note.
