If *someone* lets "people" (that can't be trusted) access their computer
with an administrative account, so that they can install and uninstall
programs at will, they have a much bigger problem. I dare say that this is
not what the OTFE was made for - no encryption or security mechanism can
replace a security concept, and security awareness of the user.
