You can't access TB & remove an OTFE account from within TB without the
password, either.

You can delete the OTFE messagebase from disc without even starting TB
however (just like you can delete the PST file), as long as you have access
as an administrator. OTFE doesn't add security as long as you don't make
sure that the surrounding environment is secure.
