I, personally, have not experienced this but I think the point is that
your problem maybe is not the most important from RitLabs from a
business POV.

We may neither think much of the new UI, but for RitLabs it might be a
very good business decision to make this before IMAP.

If you look back, you can also see a lot of posts from me complaining
about IMAP when TB! suddenly became 3.0.

But it is my experience that if you keep a fairly positive attitude and
do all you can to help RitLabs with data, .etc., your issues are fixed
faster. Note I say "faster" and not "fast". I presume there is a
business manager who decides what gets priority.

IMAP has been identified for this 3.5.x series - but RitLabs have also
said that it will be a monster effort - so probably someone is already
working on the problem. RitLabs have always said that people do
different things and new UI does not necessarily mean that no-one is
working on IMAP at the same time.

I, too, am waiting for IMAP improvements.

Your problem is that deleted messages are not removed from IMAP folders
when you switch to another folder? That works here with Exchange and
MailMax.
