It is. There's only a dll and two gifs in it.

I do hope so, since many people use it and depend on it.

I am fortunate not to receive more than one or two spams a week; so I
run no anti-spam filters of any kind. Just depend on reading the
Message Dispatcher to spot them myself. So far, I've been able to do
that.

It's one of the great virtues of the Message Dispatcher and The Bat!,
for me.
