I'd miss the following if using the Windows Editor: - WYSIWYG type editing. IOW's, what I send and the other party receives is what I saw in front of me before sending. The Windows Editor does not wrap and format the text on sending to match what you see while editing. This is its biggest fault IMO. - The ability to reflow quoted text at will. - If I break a line of quoted text to make two separate lines of quoted text, the prefix is auto-inserted in the second line. These latter two options make nested replying a snap. - Auto-indenting ability with smart-tabbing. - Free caret - this is the one I'd miss least though it's handy at times. > 2. Only one that I can think of right now. The immediate first disadvantage is related to the restrictions with starting new lines and auto-format. You need two carriage returns. If you wish to avoid this and not use auto-format, you have to use Alt-L to reflow as you re-edit text. -- -= Allie Martin =- The Bat! v3.5.30 System Specs: http://www.ac-martin.com/sysspecs.htm -=-=- Amusement is the happiness of those who cannot think. ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5.30 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
