Use explorer and navigate to the actual problem account's directory.
It's within the Mail folder.

In the account directory you'll see all the cache files etc. Scroll
down and you'll see account.imf. It's certainly there for me.

I burrowed down and found it. (sure don't understand why file search didn't reveal it but that's not for here.)

I have deleted it and still cannot restart successfully. When it comes up, all those accounts are still listed, and it's one of them where TB! is trying to start. I assume that some other or some others of the files in same neighborhood are the ones to delete to solve this problem, but I don't know where to start. Any suggestions, while PowerDesk is still in that folder?

By the way, I finally managed to snap a quick photo and discern the AV error. PrtScn wouldn't work while the AV was showing before it was obscured by the Your App Died, Can We Signal MS pane.

It is 007B7C33, and then the other one is just all zeros.

Someone please guide me to deleting the right files so I don't have to learn any more about Mulberry this afternoon.
