IMHO, at this point in time, there is no choice. You have already released 3.5.25, 3.5.26, and 3.5.30. Releasing 3.5.0.31 suggests that this is an earlier release than the previous ones, which is both wrong and illogical. In other words, 3.5.0.31 only creates confusion. Don't worry.
