You are absolutely correct. I just found the 2 F2's in the menu. Under Account/Get New Mail, the F2 is defined as Current Account and the CC is in the Foreground. Under Tools/Get New Mail for all, the ALT-F2 is defined for all accounts and the CC is in the Foreground.
