OK, I see, but... well, then the Windows editor isn't usable for me (which is not a problem since I'm a MicroEd fan anyway). Personally, I don't know any email user who prefers to receive unformated plain text (because of, for example, the problems it introduces when you start quoting it). I have a couple of contacts that use different mailers (from AK-Mail over Outlook, PocoMail and Opera to MUTT), and really no one is sending text that is not "hard formatted", we tried that years ago, and it didn't work back then, especially across different clients. Its OK to have virtual LFs while composing a message, but when sending (as plain text) they should be added and wrap the message, as the setting in the preferences lets me think it would do. The preferences setting is misleading and should be altered, or the Windows Editor has a bug because it disregards this setting. I mean - if I click "wrap it", then I expect it to wrap (just like Tony expects it to delete *grin*). -- Best regards, Alexander (http://www.neurowerx.de - ICQ 238153981) Ninety percent of the scientists in the history of the world are still alive. ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5.31 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
