Exactly. When I first tried MAPI with Exchange I thought it would work
like with Outlook (i.e. mail stays server-side) but apparently it
didn't. All messages were downloaded like with POP3.

That's why I chose IMAP.

Is MAPI really supposed to behave as it does with TB!?
