I had never had it occur to me to use the Folder drop-down menu with the focus on the Account name, until Charlene's post. Here's what I wrote in my support note to https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=4850 before I saw this post of yours: Begin Copy-and-Paste ******************************************************************** Confirmed. Focus must be on Account name (not the name of any of the folders in the tree) for this menu appearance to occur in the main window, Folder-drop-down -menu. If it's WAD, it would be better to change it and have all items available (not greyed out). In that way, we could have the dialog box which comes up when the focus is on Inbox, allowing the folder to be selected. For those of us with long lists of Folders, it would be a quicker route to the folder[s] on which we wish to perform maintenance. *************************************************************** End Copy-and-Paste. Nice to see you, MIguel. :) -- Best regards, Mary The Bat 3.5.0.31 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.5.32 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
