Dear Vili, @1-Jul-2005, 03:37 +0200 (01-Jul 02:37 UK time) Vili [VS] in mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED] said to Martin:
VS> I send you this in private also, to be sure you get it. I got it! ;-) ... <snip> VS> ... I have tried using TB! with a local SMTP server, but it cannot VS> send emails to the [email protected] address. It just VS> hangs there... Maybe the moderators/list owners know the answer... Tell us more. What server? What software? I run my own server here and have no problems. I use MDaemon on Windows 2003 Server. ... <snip> VS> If you know a solution for me, dont hold back. I would GLADLY use VS> TB!, believe me, not that cr..py webmail... VS> So, any idea how to help me? GMail is a sound idea. As for webmail that threads ... try some experiments yourself. Write to yourself and reply on webmail using different services and see which ones include the References and / or In-reply-to headers. I echo and reinforce Leif's words when I say that there is no trout in our repertoire about bad threading headers. The only such trout is the "You have stolen a thread to make a new topic". Ooops! I lie. There is one. I never use it. It does include some interesting advice - to use a MID: reference in the message body to provide a link back to the message you are replying to. -- Cheers -- //.arck D Pearlstone -- List moderator and fellow end user TB! v3.5.35 on Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 '
