And were there requests in connection centre?

I have no idea. I installed 36, booted it up and it just sits there inanimate as it has done ever since I started using IMAP. For me nothing has improved. I have a very small mail base, less than 100, I have a 2Mb permanent DSL Broad Band connection and I use Fastmail.

Tell me what you'd like me to look for and I'll give it a try?

For your information, I've been playing with Mac OS X Tiger's inbuilt Mail program and it's every bit as fast and efficient as Mulberry without lockups, long waiting times or message not loaded errors.

Allie explained to me the way TB's IMAP works compared to other IMAP clients and it seems to me it works the complete opposite to everything else. I'm not a programmer but that seems a bit suss to me.
