Can't confirm, both are working fine for me. With this exception that
pressing Ctrl+F4 (the default shortcut for this function with the
folder pane in focus) doesn't do anything at all, so I've got to use
the mouse.

I had the same for a while, buggered me quite a bit, until I found out
that I had this folder template that had some fancy formatting:
%To=""%To='"%OFromName on" <%OReplyTo>'%-
The silly thing was that it never got triggered, since I was using AB
templates for that list, but then I never tried to PM from a list
message. And then I tried it.

When the address(es) you're replying to is/are in your AB you could check
whether you've got some reference to the Reply-To header.
