In the meantime I have changed my password via the "forgot password" dialog. This worked fine so the system knows my username and email adress. Afterwards, I tried to login with the new password with Firewall disabled. Result was "Access denied", agsin. Therefore, it is not a password issue, also. I also tried another PC with same negative result. For me it seems that my account is screwed up.
