One of the folders with unread messages actually has more unread messages server side, or one of the other folders has unread messages server side. Usually you can tell the latter with the offending folder having the 'unread' messages colour. In your case, it seems to be the Inbox which has the unread colour though the unread count is zero. Selecting the folder often forces an update.
