Hi Maxim! > Please send me an e-mail from an IDN domain name.
I don't use an IDM domain. I registered an IDN domain for a customer about a year ago but he won't use the domain as website or mailaccounts until most of the programs support IDN. At the moment only IE (with patch), Outlook Express (also with a patch) and maybe Outlook and Firefox (with these both I don't know for sure) support IDN. IDN in my eyes simply works this way: The ACE string xn--h-0fa.de is used internally, for example on name servers, mail servers and webserver. The IDN string (hä.de) is used when a user can see it. For example as the URL in the browser or like here in mails when someone places a link like this: http://www.hä.de . And for example in the "From" and "To" field of a mail program like TB. So talking about TB it simply has to transform incoming ACE string to nice looking IDN strings and has to transform IDN to ACE on the outgoing way. Plus support for IDN mailadresses in address book etc pp. Regards, Martin -- The Bat! v3.51.5 powered by Windows 2003 5.2 Build 3790 Service Pack 1 ConCarne cooks best since 1998 http://www.concarne.org
