Well, I had been noticing it earlier with shift-plus-Reply button, but maybe it was just the ancient bug and not this latest. I held off making any report, because I am so subject to the random-no-quote-Smiley-bug. But when Charlene Ferrara noted it to me in a PM and then Peter Meyns mentioned it on-list as occurring in 3.51.5--just incidentally to his confirming the now-fixed PGP-decrypted-messages quoting bug, I decided it was enough of an issue to act on it.
