I don't know if I understand you right, but I can't imagine how this should work: on one hand you want to limit the width of the threaded column, but on the other hand you don't want the view on that column limited... ;-) Here when I enter a fixed size for that first column and have "Limit expansion..." set to, say, 10 level, all works fine. As long as the list fits in there I can see the topics, but after the 10th level, they disappear underneath the next column to the right. Thats what I told TB to do. When I don't limit the expansion, tb expands the width of the first column more an more with each expanded message that threads deeper. So as far as I can see every setting does just what it promises to do. Maybe your problem exists because you did not set a size for the first column? Did you try this? BTW, I used the thread mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED] to test this. It expands wonderfully... -- Martin TB! 3.51.8 on Windows XP 5.1 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.51.9 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
