When TB can't reach the email server for whatever reason, it starts throwing up hundreds of little change password screens. One would be sufficient while it waits for me to respond.
My personal preference would be for a popup that actually explains what the problem is. Changed password is not the reason, almost never will this be true. I know that OE uses the changed password thing. That is part of the MS strategy of assuming that the fault lies with the user.
