I have noticed that when setting up TB! on a new system and transporting the backup from another to the new one - All accounts (except for the first one) are not imported properly and have to be setup again - All filter rules that where setup have to be edited to be "attached" to the accounts (all my filters are put in the general folder and used on all accounts).
Anybody else?
