As you can see in attached PNG it only has 1 unread message (as can be seen in the message list and in columns Total an Unread) but every time I do a manual refresh the unread count increases by 1. I could not find any specific BT report for this problem but, as the reappearance of this problem may be due to 9Val's work on BT report https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?id=4158 I will add a note to it.
