There  are  a  lot  of  mail  servers, if you want only a relay server
without mail accounts to receive mails you could use:

  - X-Ray (http://xrayapp.com/xray/)
  - miniRelay (http://webs.ono.com/NetVicious) <- This it's mine ;-)

I  could  recomend  also the Argosoft Mail Server, it's a more complex
program because it runs as a service.

Talking  about my program I could say I made it only for relaying mail
outside  my  computer, it's very easy and does only what it should do,
redirect mail messages.
