Hello Mary, >>> Instead of jumping from the last header field to the body of the >>> message, the cursor jumps to the Attachments Pane. >> What is the problem? ... > Well, when it happens unexpectedly, you could be startled into > launching the message with only the attachment and lacking what you > meant to say in the message body.
Why? How can you accidently launch the message? You have to press Ctrl+Enter for that. How do you launch it by pressing the Tab key? Sorry, I just dont see it... >> ... If you press one more Tab, you are in the body of >> the mail... > But, what if you forget? Why would you even want the cursor to be in > the Attachments Pane under these circumstances? To be able to access that pane purely by keyboard. > You've taken a shortcut for attaching the file and launching a New > Message window. Now, the cursor is not ready for you to write your > message but is waiting for you to Tab it out of the Attachments > Pane. With this much trouble, I'll just go on being a mouse person. ??? Believe me, this is totally normal behaviour from TB!. You have to have an opportunity to access the attach pane by keyboard. > When the behavior happens unexpectedly, you could be startled into > launching the message with only the attachment and lacking what you > meant to say in the message body. It is not unexpected... >>> Can anyone here confirm? >> Yes, but it is normal... > If some others confirm that it is normal, I shall put a feature > request to make it abnormal on the Wish List at BT. :) Dont do that... If you are a mouse person, use the mouse. Leave that Tab option for the keyboard people :)) (Dont be mad at me, I am just trying to convince you that this is the normal behavior in every software.) Somebody, please help me convince Mary :) -- Vili ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.60.01 | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
