Hello tbbeta, I just received an update about Bugtrack Item #4955 being closed. It is the bug about an item that is added using customize that cannot be hidden. This may be fixed in some instances, but not all and I can no longer add to bugtrack because the issue is marked closed.
In my case I added View/Display/Only Unread Messages and a second copy of this is added to my drop down menu. This then allowed me to create a shortcut for to display only the unread messages. I then try to select it so it is hidden and it does not do it. Can anyone confirm.
