I  believe  9Val  said it was so you could add a tag to a message that
could  then  be used to filter on later, but I have no idea how to use

I  think  the filter condition "Match" is for Regex. Although I notice
there  is  a Match all as Regexp at the bottom. I personally don't use
regex and filter on contains tbbeta or tbudl in the header field "To:"
