Agreed. But what is particularly annoying for me is that I bought a license for TB Pro 3.0 thinking that I was going to get OTFE; and here we are one year later testing 3.60.05 "Forerunner", and I still cannot use OTFE because the search engine (that works fine with non-OTFE) simply hangs interminably when I migrate (through a very clunky and time-consuming process) to OTFE. Perhaps RL thinks that I will be willing to buy a license for 4.0 just to get what I paid for with 3.0, but I most certainly will not. > JW> Any idea what's happening with the shortcut assignments? > > I'm not sure what particular problem you are thinking of. For example, I try to assign a shortcut to "Mark as Junk" on the Specials menu. The shortcut that I assign appears on the menu, and when I use the menu to mark a message as junk, it gets moved to the Junk folder. But if I use the shortcut that I assigned (via the Customize interface), nothing happens. It does not matter what shortcut I assign. It just doesn't work. -- jaywalker Windows XP Pro SP2 and The Bat!
