Installed the new MSI (officially released by RL). Restored just one account - with the least number of messages - from backup. Searching the same directory with less than 2,000 messages in both Non-OTFE and OTFE, here is the comparison:
Non-OTFE: o Search starts after about 1 second o Search completes successfully within 4 seconds OTFE o Search starts after about 3 seconds o Search hangs in the middle for at least two minutes o Pushing the Stop button has no apparent, immediate effect o TB shuts down with AV notices and all sorts of hideous effects In short, 3.60.07 seems no closer to resolving the Search problem in OTFE than any of the other releases. -- jaywalker Windows XP Pro SP2 and The Bat!
