1. The account-wide new mail sound plays even when it is
DISABLED -- *IF* a filter is configured to play a sound
    (even a different sound).

Workaround: Create a "sound of silence.wav" file and
configure it as the disabled account-wide
                 new mail sound.

It would still be better if filters could disable the
sound, rather than requiring the global sound to be
silenced, and every filter that /should/ make sound to
    be edited... please? <smile>

2. On a multi-monitor system, if The Bat! is running
maximized on the second (or third) screen when it is
exited/closed, then it starts maximized on the primary
    screen when it is restarted.

Workaround: Never exit The Bat! maximized.

Suggestions: Having had to implement this myself, I
can tell you from experience that one
must always retain the last know non-
max (or min) size of a window and one
must reset *THAT* size BEFORE resetting
the min/max window state. If one fails
to do that, then the observed behavior
                  occurs.
