Hello tbbeta, Someone reported sometimes a similar behavior, I remember, but I cant find it...
So, expand your account list until the scrollbar will appear, plus expand one more account. Pull down the scrollbar completely so you will see the end of the account list but you dont see the first some accounts. Now close every expanded account that you can see on the screen, but DONT scroll up! If you finished, you will see your accounts closed except the first some account. AND you see the scrollbar. Try to pull up the scrollbar. Magic: it disappears... It is not a major issue, but should be fixed.
