Yep, this is what I had to do with my work laptop. I had the exact
same issue where I'd click a mailto: having both Outlook and TB
installed and it would open 30 or so IE windows. I had to change it to
Outlook in IE, close it, change it to TB, then close it again.
It fixed it.
