The answer is very simple: you cannot delete the tab by pressing Delete. You cannot "highlight" a tab. You can only "select" a tab. So, when you pressed Delete, you applied that shortcut on the currently selected message. That is why it was deleted. As you requested it from TB. > Now I have my delete settings to always move to Trash but there's > not sign of that message there at all. The trash box count didn't go > up and the message has just gone - poof! I cannot confirm it. I think, from that "now" word, that before you did it, you did not move the deleted messages to the Trash. > I tried it again with a message that wasn't important highlighted and > the same results. Someone else explained it. So again: deleting, creating the tabs is possible only in the Options menu. Only adding is possible on the mains screen. I would say it is normal behaviour. -- Vili The Bat 3.61.05 Echo (Beta) on Windows 98 4.10 2222 A ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.61.05 (Echo) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
