If I understand > Mary well, she was talking about the mails that is sent BY you... if You want to decrypt message sent by You, You must enable option "Allways encrypt to default key" in OpenPGP Preferences or in external PGP - this means, message will encrypted with sender's public key as well as with yours public key.
