An updated Help file would be a first step. But this new feature is so
elusive, I suggest to simplify the procedure to create these tabs.

BTW I am also in favour of a choice "Delete" in the right-click menu.

Also, how do I delete the Menu Items I created earlier? I have no
access to them.
