GF> Why not? Mainly because it is very disconcerting to have messages just disappear for no apparent reason. Take for example the situation where you set up an Unread tab. You also have it set so that messages are marked as read after 10 seconds. You start to read the message, get half way through, the message gets marked as read and disappears from view. This used to happen every time TB looked for new messages and the message you were trying to read would disappear off the screen while viewing Unread Messages Only. -- Stuart mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v3.61.05 Echo (Beta) on Windows 98 4.10 Build 2222 A ________________________________________________________ Current beta is 3.61.05 (Echo) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html IMPORTANT: To register as a Beta tester, use this link first - http://www.ritlabs.com/en/partners/testers/
